Upon signing up, users receive 750 credits as a welcome bonus.
The minimum purchase value is 200 credits.
Payment methods include online payment gateways and offline transfers. In case of gateway unavailability, offline payments offer an additional 10% bonus.
Please ensure secure and verified payment before proceeding. The cost to operate a single device is 750 credits. Discounts may apply up to 30% depending on operational factors.
Transaction details are securely stored and available for future reference, including export options in Excel format.
Offline transactions, however, are not logged in the user’s online dashboard but may be stored internally for audit purposes.

Any security amount deposited by a user will not be refunded in cash. Instead, refunds—if applicable—will be processed in the form of credits that can be used within the Bharat Signage system.

If a user loses their license, the company will not reissue it. However, users of the online version may delete their active device and claim remaining monthly credits into their account. For offline versions, license recovery or credit returns are not possible.

Bharat Signage strictly prohibits uploading or displaying any content that is vulgar, offensive, illegal, or inappropriate in any manner. The account administrator is solely responsible for any such actions. Bharat Signage will not be held liable for any misuse or unlawful activity by users.

All media uploaded to our servers utilize public URLs for seamless display and sharing. While we ensure reliable infrastructure, Bharat Signage is not responsible for any data leaks or unauthorized access originating from public sharing mechanisms.

Our services include YouTube-like embedding capabilities, enabling users to display or link media content within their signage layout. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use such embedded content.

Bharat Signage reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete any user account involved in suspicious activities, multiple registrations, fraudulent behavior, or uploading prohibited content. Such actions may be taken without prior notice to protect the integrity of our platform.
